Also, I know someone could still it and say its theirs, however, this was in a game. A game they helped create. Also, every single youtube channel who showcased any game would also be copyright claimed if this were the case.
In any case, I have contacted the music creator of the game and see what they say.

Thing is, I'm pretty sure that devs/publishers generally allow Let's Play videos as a courtesy, but not because they are legally obligated to do so.
Technically/legally speaking, they probably would be well-within their rights to copyright strike any Let's Play video for which they hold the IP to the game and/or some aspects of the game.
I'm not saying I support you getting striked; but I'm just pointing out that if they really want to, then they probably the have legal right to do that, even if it's not a nice or good thing for them to do it.
