I just found another thing, can't seem to find Ibnar from the Lost Merchants quest. The quest marker shows me where to go but in that area there's no ibnar whatsoever.
You won't find Ibnar, just a chest in that area that you can get through in Devourer form. Give the note to Arashad because Ibnar is already captured and sold as a slave or something after writing that.
If you can't see the heads (because it's too dark and lighting is unfortunate), look at the shape of the tongues - that helped me.
5 of the statues are easy to find, but I kept missing the 6th - that can be found roughly in the middle of the camp, on the small 'island' and to get there, you need to enter the shadow realm.
As said before, you need to set the snake columns to snake, wolf columns to bird and bird columns to wolf.
In the shaman's camp there are two bowls at the foot of each totem; all six should light up.
Once you set up all 6 columns correctly, a short scene will show that the fire in the middle of the shaman's camp lights up. Go there, enter the shadow realm and touch the shadow crystal to get your second Sun Stone fragment.
