Camera Change?
Would it be too late to ask for a moveable camera, like in most games.

Also:
1. Is there a way to turn off clicking on skills?
2. Attack command hotkey? I keep clicking on to walk when I go to attack them.
3. enable a real fullscreen mode. I keep clicking off my monitor and minimizing the game.

0. Camera is fixed for an ARPG Top Down Ismoetric reason.
1. Use Quickkeys + Mouse Aiming???
2. Shift+Skill key or Mouse Aim???
3.WTF are you on. Video settings have Fullscreen and it works perfect.

0: And yet other ARPGs have a camera you can move and rotate.
1. I do use QWE for the skills. But the HUD is so large it gets in the way when I'm trying to move down (because I can't move the camera)
2. The Shift skill seems to do the trick. Both LMB and RMG are move commands, so its a bit frusterating esp when playing a ranger/mage who don't take much hits before dying.
3. My Screen Mode is on "Fullscreen" and I can still click off my screen onto my other monitor. So idk WTF I'm on either, but clearly Shadows: Awakening.

0.Example? Only in Wolcen and Van Hellsing you can move the camera. In PoE and Diablo - you can`t.
1 and 2 - Dunno everything works for me. Rebind your controls in Controls menu?
3.Dunno no problem here. Maybe cause I have only one big monitor.

Well only having one monitor would solve the problem of having to click off the monitor. So maybe thinking about that before commenting about it would work x)
But I have 3 monitors, So its a pretty big issue, when fullscreen doesn't work as it should.
I don't like large monitors, let alone one monitor.

agreed, the camera is horrid, too zoomed in. too claustrophobic. if ur a ranged char u can hardly use your advantage.
if u attack north its probably x2 further range

Yeah I'm using a mage, which is basically forced to Kite, on Extreme difficulty. But the Camera is horrid. Dropped it to Normal just so I can get to the story and not worry about this issue.

No. In most games camera is movable and rotable. As it should be. For obvious reasons.

One of the most annoying problems of awakening is that there is no option to maximize zoom, move the camera or change the control system. Making you sometimes attack when you want to run away specially fighting big monsters in semi closed spaces. Some fights are lost because of this and not because lack of skills, difficulty or whatever. And when that happens, its annoying as hell to say the least.

Yeah like at the very least camera rotation, or rotation would be nice. If for somereason they don't want to give us full control with a self center button.

You mean you can zoom in and zoom out? Woah what a huge difference. People play at max distance always anyway.

The first game in this series had the option, as did Vikings, by the same devs. I could be mistaken but I thought the beta for this had the zoom option as well?
MadHamster Sep 4, 2018 @ 12:35am
Numlock - and + are Zoom-in and respectivly Zoom-out. You are welcome.
Raines Sep 4, 2018 @ 5:48am
Zoom is not what I'm asking for. I could care less about zooming in. I am refering to rotating the camera, and paning the camera.

Just beat the game. There is zero moments during the game where you need to rotate it to do any boss battle or puzzle.
