I think you mean the version in the shadow realm. You have to kill their shadow realm form, so that you can attack them in the normal world until the shadow realm version respawns.

Ahh, thanks. Somehow I didn't notice that they become vulnerable in real world after I kill their shadow version.

If you kill the wolve in the shadow world , you must switch in the real world and now you have a little bit time to beat and kill the wolve, before he open the shield again. Maybe you must repeat the procedure 2 or 3 times, until the wolve died.
It's a little bit difficult first time and nerve, before I know how is it working to kill this kind of wolves.
