No, adding mods to consoles takes a ton more work than to steam since it's essentially running unsigned code which is not allowed on consoles. There has only been a single game that has been able to achieve it

You might already know,the stealing behavior is really hateful and there're massive players are just doing so while the time goes by,Because a single block fall from your creation can be rebuilt to a complete one.And when they do so,the blue print would be automatically added to their own garage.If they even upload it,your 10 or even more hours hard work is even worse than just vanishing into nowhere.So now the situation is this:As a creator,you would be really afraid to spawn anything created by your own on the online mode. This really ruin all the fun.
Here's some advise:
1.You could add a function that the other player can't get into the creation you spawn.
2.Add a function that Disable build mode.You can only spawn a creation in your garage,but you can't use build mode on any creation or fallen pieces.
3.Add two switches which can be turned on/off by the host.For the situation of friends party.
I believe these two functions can well protect those original creator's hard work,and prevent those thieves from stealing it.

The devs are already looking into how that could be fixed, but seat locks are a last resort solution as that goes against a core pilar of the game which is the sharing of creations. If you upload your creation to the workshop if someone else then reuploads it you can report it and get it removed

Sorry to hear this! Is it happening randomly or when loading into a map? If you haven't already, try enabling "Force Single Process Server" from the settings on the Main Menu!

when is the next update, does anyone know? also, i LOVE this game, i have had it for about 5-7 days and i have already spent 52 hours on it, great job! One more thing, i have this bug where if i zoom up to a part on my creation in build mode and try to select multiple blocks it will select part of my vehicle behind me, i don't know if anyone else has that problem but i wish it didn't happen but oh well. "\('_')/"

One thing that i really want in the game is water dispensers for pools and pipes/hoses for the water to run through, i feel like that would really bring a lot of ideas and enhance the game, also you should be able to choose between the center of mass, gravity, and lift you could see of your creation in build mode. :)

One more thing, i think there should be more maps to choose from, especially campaign mode.

Does anyone know, when the 1.4 update is coming out? I would also love it, if it had a new map.
