I'm sorry to hear about the issue you've ran into! Unfortunately it's a new one to me, so I don't have an immediate fix for it. It would seem your profile hasn't registered/saved the Power Cores you've collected, which is odd.
I'd love to take a look at your Output log file, it will hopefully show us what's going wrong. You can find this file here - C:\Users\Username\AppData\LocalLow\Flashbulb\Trailmakers
You can then either email it to us at support@flashbulbgames.com or post it in the #bug-reports channel on our Discord[discord.gg]
One idea I have from the info here, is that maybe your profile file is set to read only. You can find this file in the same location as the output file above, just go into the ProfileServerClient folder and make sure these aren't marked as read only, likewise for the folder itself.
As for the Workshop issue, currently it's a little unintuitive in that you both need to unsubscribe AND manually delete the blueprint (just mouse over the one you want to delete and press delete). We'll look into removing them automatically when you unsubscribe. :)
Second, were you playing in multiplayer? It seems there are progress persistence issues there, see other bug reports here.
