White blocks after repairing
I’ve just had the game for 3ish hours and I came across a bug where every time I repair or switch vehicles, white blocks appear and my vehicle get stuck and most of the time destroyed by them. They don’t disappear like normal detached block but float statically and even appear during build mode?

I haven’t seen this bug anywhere else so I thought I’d make this one.

+1 to that, though in my case those white blocks did not have collision.

I have this issue as well, when leaving build mode some parts seem to appear as a "ghost" that has collision. When I hit repair the ghost parts reset with my vehicle and even when I switch to a different blue print.

Same problem.

Hmm, this sounds like blocks not being cleaned up correctly, if you could take the time to grab your Error Logs (found here - C:\Users\Username\Documents\Trailmakers\Errorlogs) the next time you see this and either drop them on our Discord (discord.gg/trailmakers) or our inbox (support@flashbulbgames.com) we can take a closer look at why it's happening.

Cheers. :)

I've sent report to e-mail.
While developers fixing it, there is an workaround:
This bug is connected to specific parts at specific blueprint(s). If you delete this parts (exactly those with have collusion) and resave a blueprint (without thise parts!) and delete original one - this solves the problem. (Or just delete failed blueprint at once)

To avoid this bug: do not repare or alt-change your vehicle while explosion and/or falling appart is going on. Allow it to settle down for few seconds.

It's probably not the same one from Early Access, it can be triggered in multiple ways. We did however just fix a case of this happening in the currently live build, so fingers crossed that's the one you're seeing now.

The fix will be in the next update we release. If you're seeing it consistently happen, head over to our Discord (discord.gg/trailmakers) post your logs, and what you did prior to it happening so we can reproduce it internally and squash it. :)

The first result for "trailmakers white blocks" on google.
Can this be fixed, it's honestly kinda incredibly annoying, seems to happen mostly when using the R menu to switch vehicle.

I've just had the same issue, and I can say it was also because of using the "R" menu to switch quickly.

I stopped playing after 30 ish hours due to the physics of the game, it got boring quiet quickly, mulitplayer is a laggy mess. And there is literally no dedicated servers, although it was a fun solo experience for 4 hours it got stale once you realised how empty the world was

Hey, player from the future here, the bug stays in 2022. This game has the worst support I've ever seen. Full of awful bugs not being repaired along years and years. Such a shame of a team. Not buying anything else from these guys.

it's caused by transforming to a corrupted structure. The only fix is to not transform to it, as it's corrupted for a reason, if you already have done so you need to reload the map to fix it. In theory you shouldn't be able to transform to it in the first place (if you try to load it in build mode directly from a blueprint the game won't let you do so), but that workaround to spawn corrupted structures has been kept as there are some cases in which the game will detect a non corrupted blueprint as being corrupted
