Scrap blocks i dont need in pioneers

there should be a way to scrap blocks you dont need anymore, maybe get 75% of the resources used back or something like that, cause i made a bunch of npc seats accidentally and i dont have a use for them :(

I would also like this in game since I never use Shotguns and the SMGs after I unlocked the Tank Cannon.

Well, in the future road map they state that there will be a sandbox mode for pioneers, so I'm waiting for that, even though I have to play the main campaign first as I don't want to spoil anything for myself.

but sandbox is not the same as recycle resources for blocks

ABSOLUTELY! i sunk a bunch of resources in trying to make a helicopter only to come to the conclusion that i have no idea how to make a helicopter. even messing around in sandbox mode i still cant make one i find satisfactory (auto-hover, manual height control, strafe, toggleable auto-level, fast-ish) now i have to spend 4-6 hours making a craft in sandbox that i'll like and then 2-3 hours farming the resources
