Trailmakers
I FINALLY got the Dragon jet!
After 572 hours of play, I finally made the perfect vehicle to snag that bastage once and for all!

I have been playing this game every day since Jan 7th and have loved every second of it, granted, the bulk of those hours was building/testing new vehicles in order to get that blasted jet, but I was finally able to build the perfect vehicle!

It's a **4-engine copter-like vehicle with my own landing, steering and pitch control I'm pretty happy with the system as it uses no cores save for the single helicopter engine!

**(My mistake, it's 12 helicopter engines flying the 700 kg beast, I guess I was describing the set-up itself as a quad-based heli-system, so I misspoke)

I can FINALLY make new creations to play in the sandbox, as I refused to use any blocks not already obtained in the campaign!

March 6th can't get here soon enough! :^)

EDIT: I'll post pics soon, I'm a bit busy at the moment...

Thanks, and I didn't even need the gimbal car to get it, just 500+ hours of my life that was magnificently spent!

I'm now at 600 hours the sixth can't get here soon enough!
I will admit. i am curious about your build. I've kinda become a drone pilot in this game, so I got a drone that is pretty effective at getting that one. It does require some flying skills tho.

Here ya go It's a heavy beast as I have rotating servos stand in for the gyro stabilisers and aid in pitch/yaw as well as two helicopter engines in lieu of gyros, I also have a set of down-turning helicopter wings to reverse ascension so it's perfect for landing on a dime!

Indeed, most of my vehicles are at least 600-700 kg and bordering on the complexity limit as I make combo vehicles, like flying cars that are sea worthy, subs that act as boats, that can drive on land, and spaceships that are viable for space, air, land and sea!

Yeah, I tried my hand once with Sea-Air and kinda went overboard (pun intended) with this build .

The game really does not like what I did with it.. (It totally freaks out)
...but maybe you do.

Either way it's the most chunky thing I've built, myself.

Subbed, your sub! x^D ⇐ Yes, I'm dad-aged! Planning on releasing some builds myself, first I have to decide on which version to upload!

Thanks; I'm actually dad*; and as it is free, I would advise you upload whatever you are proud of, somebody out there will love it.

*And as long as you converse in dad-jokes or puns, this conversation go swimmingly.
