How to mirror copy?

If I make a right hand, how can I make a left hand by mirror copy? Is there any method?

Add a (any) block to what will be the middle, then select everything except that block, turn the camera, and press the 'copy' button. Simply selecting and copying everything will give you an un-mirrored copy.

Yes? But they were clearly asking how to make a mirrored copy, not an un-mirrored one.

EDIT- Opps replied to wrong person.

build mode, at top is a cog like icon. Click it its options. under that is mirrow mode. One thing is it wont work unless your vehivle is already symetrical. So build first block and click mirrormode.
