Yeah seems to need a joint reinforcement patch or mod, I know Kerbal needed one BADLY.
The propeller was actually quite easy with the pre-made sub, just don't let go of it unless your on land or shallow water. I just rammed my sub onto shallow water backwards (because the salvage is heavy and dropped the front end into the water) and then forward onto the beach.
From there I think I used monster wheels with 22 cores of power without the dragon engine in shallow water/land to drag it. (cockpit is giving me a hell of a time right now though)
I got a few bugs otherwise though, including wobbly suspension after respawn (even in the racing mode), missing objects that can be clipped through, QOL; including attaching objects together as one object (so they stay together instead of in pieces) and a better way to manage blueprints (I have a stupid long list of versions of different builds that I'd like to keep as an evolution or pathway view.) Along with template pieces, like suspension models, body models, engine configurations etcetera, categories would be super awesome.
Edit: there are also times when the salvage will start to move on its own just by being near it. I haven't observed this to many times because most salvage is on flat land but the balls of salvage on hills have rolled without me touching them, might have something to do with the wobbily issue because the car will spark like parts are hitting each other constantly which may lead to hit boxes being extend out into the air which would cause the salvage reset issues underwater.
Edit2: Also by transforming into the same build the wobbily bug goes away.
Yeah it is the 'wobbily' bug. If you use the 'transform' ability into the same build it'll fix it.
I just used my car to get it - basically a load of bulldog engines and four propellors - didn't take too much effort;

Yeah but underwater as underwater isnt working, its just becoming trucks on the ocean floor.
yea. to make a proper submarine, it takes some wonky balance. i did what i did cause i got annoyed at trying make it through the water
Here's a couple of situations that shows that the rest mechanic is ''bad" (needs improvement:)
1: I dropped the Cockpit (1500m up) off thie side of a floating island: I knew it would reset to a watched to to see what would happen, and so I could wait for it's inevitible reset and be ready for it:
It hit the ground, and rolled into a checkpoint, giving me the collection.
2: I brought an item up from 150m underwater, dropped it in the shallows to switch vehicles, and it reset on me when I got too far away from it because of my vehicles' turning circle.
3. there is a little core in a sort of 'jail cell' underwater. I got in there with a minisub, nudged it out between the bars to pick it from the ocean floor.... only for it to reset and pop back in behind me.
SOLUTION:
Cores Should ONLY RESET MANUALLY
Additionally, Resets should force you back to the nearest unlocked checkpoint, not the edge of the cliff you just fell off, so that you can fall off it again!
