I'd say the game devs would be responsible for giving kids with epilepsy seizures because of their title screen. Wouldn't be much different from when pokemon hospitalized a bunch of kids with flashing lights on the show.

This game has nothing on them champ.

We were drilled so hard with strobing, Im sure it was a military experiment to see if strobes could be used to dull a population LOL ! not likely but you get what I mean.

People were passing out all the time, their eyes would rolled up to the back of there heads and ca-put to the ground they went.
Wake up 1 to 3 minutes later going, what the fekik happened.!!!

Now THEM were the days LOL !

Strobing increases the heart rate.
This is one of the reasons they use it in night clubs.
People effected by sensitive lighting, should stay out of night clubs and not play PC games of this nature, but there are plenty of other games that dont have special lighting effects they can play.

Times change. It's called a warning screen, they use them to notify people before the game starts that it could be bad for them. I could understand your point if this were a party game or an FPS shooter, but it's not. It's okay if you can't figure out this simple logic.
