It should give you an idea of what kind of build is needed to do well on the leaderboards. Other than that, start at the VERY back of the starting line and try to get as closed to hitting the wall at the start as you can every time. THen just do it over and over again until you get your perfect run. That's all there is to it.
Pro tip, non jet engines SUCK for the drag race. They just can't compare with the top speeds of jet engines.
Thanks, that defiently sends me in the right direction. I started playing with hover pads to not much success, and my attempts with the mini jets weren't giving me much success so maybe I need to rethink a few parts of my design with them.
This new one got me to #7. the less air you have to push, the better. The fewer wheels in contect with the ground, the better as well.
I ended up #12 with this, which isn't too bad, if i don't say so myself.
