How do you throw someone?

Great game, but i'm struggling to grab someone to throw them. It says Y to pick up, but I can't seem to do it?

Hi! The Y button just make you lift your arms. First of all you have to grab the knocked out gummy. You can grab it by pressing and holding the punch buttons (each punch button controls its own arm). I hope it helps!

Hi thanks for replying.

We did end up figuring out the grab mechanic, but we still can't figure out how to throw another player once you have hold of them.

I feel it could really use a proper tips system.

I usually lift a gummy, turn my character while lifting and release the grab so it is thrown using the accummulated speed of the lift + turn. It requires a bit of practice, but it's not hard at all. Use the physics Luke! Or something like that.

My method is to grab them and keep on tapping lift until you get to your desired place and then hold y and it yeets them out the map but if they are infront of you, you will have to face backwards then do it good luck!
