How to Translate?
I would like to translate this game into Danish. I see a lot
of .srt files in the subtitle folder for each language.
Do I just translate all those different .srt files in their
respective files, or is there a way to combine it all
into one .srt file? I guess not, just asking.
Stupid me.
Just want to know how to translate the ingame part.
Anybody? Please.

Hey danmak, there isn't an easy way to merge all the files together and re-export to the same individual file name structure. The easiest way to translate them yourself is download the entire subtitle folder and open each .srt file in a programme such as the Programmer's Notepad or equivalent. Feel free to get in touch if you'd like to talk more about officially including the localisation in the game by emailing support (at) walesinteractive (dot) com. Thanks :)

Hi WiTester.

I know that it is impossible to put the files together. It was, I have to admit, a stupid
question. I've already written an email to Walesinteractive a couple of days ago.
I'm only half way translating the subs as it takes a loong time to nurse every sentence so
the gamer/audience have a chance to be able to read it, as the dialog at some parts goes so fast. There are strict rules how to translate subs, well, at least in Denmark. I'm of course
talking about translating movies and documentaries for TV.
Thanks for answering. I appreciate it...:-)

Hi! I sent an email to that address too a few weeks ago about offering my help to translate Late Shift to Hungarian, but never received a response. I'll try again then.
