How To turn into Super Sonic?

I've tried everything but i can't turn into Super Sonic! Can Someone please help me!

If you're absolutely positive that you have all seven Chaos Emeralds and got the notice you can turn Super, then you should have a button prompt pop up in the top right of your screen when you have 50 rings.

Unless you disabled the button prompt with a mod or something.

You jump and press W when in the air, if using a keyboard.
Jump and Y button if using an xbox controller.

You also need to have at least 50 rings.

You need all 7 emeralds to do it, but getting them is hard because the special stages are notarious for being difficult in Sonic games.

You can get good at them with practice but there are those few at annoy me every time, especially if they're hard to access and don't have a Restart stage option. And this is from someone who intial experience with those stages came from Sonic Advance 3 and the PC version of Sonic 3D Blast.
