[How-To] Access the Developer Menu

Since I'm frigging tired of people complaining all the time, here's how to access the developer menu.

1. Open Settings.ini
   
2. Add the following row to [Game]:
   

   devMenu=y
   

3. Launch the game.
   
4. Hit Escape anywhere to access the Developer Menu and use it to spoil yourself about everything the game includes.

It basically took me 10 minutes of scrolling through the executable file (you know, the Denuvo protected executable?) to find that parameter.

The format is simple, Section:Parameter.
So, e.g. "Video:pixWidth" becomes:

[Video]
pixWidth=3

%d refers to decimal numbers (0-9) and %s refers to a string.

And yes, that means you might be able to rebind the gamepad keys if you figure out the bindings of it, and take vendorID and productID from Windows' Device Manager.

People are too annoyed by Denuvo to play around with the Developer Menu, I guess. Or actually playing the game as well.

With Developer Menu enabled:
F12 to 'pause' the game, then use F11/Insert to step forward one frame at a time.

Yeah, DevMode=y seems to disable Steam screenshots. Hence the imgur links :D

Edit, you can use Insert instead of F11 to step forward as well.

And if anyone missed it. F3 changes the screen shader used. Even without DevMenu=y.

Backspace speeds up the game a ♥♥♥♥ ton. Use with care!

Or hold down Backspace on launch to speed past all the intros.
