Level Select/Debug Code?

Anyone worked out what it is on PC yet or if it even exists on the PC version.

So once you have unlocked debug mode by playing enough blue sphere, enable debug mode in the secrets menu, and while hovering over the no-save file, press the start and delete keys at the same time and you will enter level select mode.

I kinda knew about the blue spheres, but on the console versions you could unlock the level select etc without getting them.

Dumb, that's not what I was asking for.
The answer has already been answered anyway, you have to edit a file in the game folder to enable it.
