About Vell´s Heart

I just dropped Vell´s Heart. It´s written that " the item is not repairable" but a guild Mate told me it can be repaired once the full durability of 150 has been used up. Is that true?

He didn´t say anthing else. Where would i be able to repair the stone? At a simple blacksmith ?

The text: " the item is not repairable" is a standard message on all items which you can't restore Max Durability, this does not refer to durability it self

Nevermind, i got it. I won´t even use the Stone´s additionnal bonuses because i only have 3 Vell powders which is nothing. I just create Vell´S Heart then i keep the stone for the +3 AP...for the moment .
