You need to right click on you BDO shortcut, select properties, then compatibilty, scroll down and check (select) both "disable full screen optimization" and "override high DPI values".

Nothing works.. i swear i'm sitting with friends comparing their game to mine and everything on my end is bad...
ctrl + U = add effects that fix most of it well.. blurr it away.. which is better ..

another thing is when i log in my character armor / shirt is shimmering green..

i'm relogging and trying each time something else......

Your shimmering is actually never before seen, way too much, even when the sharpening filter kicks in. To me there's some resolution issue. Be sure not to be in borderless mode or in big picture.

SInce you have a monster pc, consider the supersampling (DSR for Nvidia cards) if running the game at 1080p. BDO looks waay better at higher res.

Another thing, the WHQL drivers released last week are now "game ready" for BDO, worth installing them.

That helped, thanks for the tip. Still too much shimmering though.
