Ninja lvl56, what should be my AP and DP?
Currently I'm like this:

------

AP: 142
Accuracy: 218

Awakening weapon AP: 101 (I'm using the green one you get at awakening, my blue one is at +12 but only 25 of max durability so for now it's a no-no)
Accuracy: 218 (same from main weapon)

DP: 161
Evasion: 68
Damage reduction: 93

------

I've read that I should be around 170AP and 200DP (it was about another class so idk) but from where do I get that? Armors from the marketplace are like 300,000,000 and I don't have that much money. Plus I also bought a DUO weapon yesterday for around 70,000,000 and now I'm kind of poor. My current armor can't be enhanced because it's from main quests, so if I have to upgrade it, which one do I buy at base level?
I use both my main weapon and my awakening weapon, I change from one to another in mid-fight. I think it is supposed to be like that.

If I have to improve my AP and DP, where's the best place to get a big amount of money? I play solo, without guilds or parties (I'm not interested in them...).

TLDR: As a ninja lvl56 what should be my AP and DP, where do I get more money in case of needing it to improve my AP and DP?

Your awakening weapons, green and blue. You should have sold the blue asap, the green one goes up faster and it's a LOT cheaper to make TRI. The blue gives a little more, but it's not worth the efforts to enhance it as a starting player. In order to restore the blue you are now forced to use both Artisan Memories and Memory Fragments, get your attendance rewards from the Valks tab.

What DUO weapon did you get ? Main hand or offhand ? Go for an accuracy offhand instead of pure AP, you will benefit from it in the long run and you will save money. For the main hand (short sword), there's a Mediah quest line that will give you an Abyssal weapon of choice. It's a DUO with 2 crystal slots and you can change it each and every week into another weapon (if you have alts and need it, let's say, for your wizard, you turn in the shortsword and get a weapon box, you open with the wiz and that's an Abyssal staff ready to go).

For the gear, keep doing the Mediah questline, you will get upgrades for every piece, including the Roaring Armor (a PRI piece with 60 DP), get the starting quest from the Black Spirit. From the marketplae, get the Grunil Gloves and put 2 crystal into the gear, go for attack speed and critical.

If you are really struggling with money, get the offhand from the Black Spirit's quest, it's a good weapon at its third (or forth, cannot remember) upgrade.

Now, you need the Mediah questlines, so grind there. Avoid the Sausan's Garrison, waste of time. Abandoned Iron Mine can give you the best loot (crystals, Forbidden Books, gear). Sell everything. If you have time, go back to the Hexe Sanctuary, still a great place to make money with lower AP (you can drop Witch's Earring, Ancient Relics, Yuria weapons and Heve gear, they all sell well at the MP). Avoid any pvp, rather pointless with that gearscore.

Now onto the "fun" part. Do you Spirit's dailies and weeklies. And try to do the field and world bosses. Ask in game for the discord in order to know when each and every boss will spawn.

Last but not least, you need to start your workers' empire: use your contribution points to hire workers and place them onto key-nodes where you can get base mats to sell. Look at Incendar Gaming on YT or the many other suggesting ways to optimize your workers. You need to setup a daily income.

Also consider the creation of alt characters. They will help with the energy and the node investment (but also with the hiring of better workers or doing your RNG at the night vendor).

RIP. I'll save it then and try to, slowly, recover it. Or toss it. I'm not sure yet. ;;

Ultimate Yuria Shortsword, before that I had one rented. It was a Yuria too but 20 points less and it wasn't mine MINE.
I guess this isn't as bad as what I did with my awakened sword. If it isn't bound to my chara I guess I could still sell it again.
I'll search for that Mediah quest and for a new shuriken.
I don't have alters, just my ninja.

I guess those quests are from the Recurring tab? I do every Main and Suggestion quests, but I haven't done any Recurring yet. So if that's from the main and suggestion tabs... I don't know, I'll need to search about it.
My shuriken is a Roaring Magical Shuriken.

I tried Sausan yesterday but I didn't like it (I've also thought it was a waste of time). Right now I'm in Helms so it's close, I have some quests in Abandoned Iron Mine so that's a plus.

This sounds more like quests from the Recurring tab and those cookies.
I haven't done a world boss yet, seems scary.

I have a worker but as I can't get him to work (probably I don't have as many nodes as he needs) I haven't employed any other yet.
I'll watch that YT channel.

alters.... x_X
So whatever node I discover with a character, every other character knows about it too? I'll try a Musa then.

Thank you very much!! :D

Ok, a bit of a waste on the DUO Yuria since you will soon grab the Abyssal weapon and yes, you can sell it back at any time. Grunil Head is perfect, get the gloves and then the shoes = free AP for 3 pieces of the same set and keep the Roaring Armor. Also, keep the Roaring Shuriken and upgrade it as soon as you have the chance.

When doing the Mediah quests, you will drop and complete the Asula set.

The Black Spirit's quests (daily and weekly ones) are in the recurring tab, yes.

So to sum it up:

- invest into your green Shura Katana and try to go TRI asap (the clean weapon is sold from the guy next to the blacksmith in Altinova, 100k each, if you have the Black Stones just go for it)

- keep doing the Mediah questline and upgrade the Roaring Armor and Shuriken and drop the Asula set. Unlock the Abyssal weapon and sell the Yuria back.

- buy Grunil Shoes and Gloves (better if already at TRI or the best you can find/afford)

You should be like this (take your time, ofc): https://bdoplanner.com/save/[[10],[10933,18,[15125,15121]],[11522,0,[15136,15136]],[10936,18,[15111,15111]],[10935,18,[15118,15116]],[[12044,0],[12044,0]],[[11838,0],[11838,0]],[12238,0],[11640,0],[13281,0,[15605,15605]],[14783,18],[14648,0,[15626,-1]],[-1],[-1,[-1]],[-1],[-1],[-1],[-1]]

Basically 160-240

From there, according to the money you can have, I would go offhand, then accessories, then main hand.

The problem with the world bosses is that you need to know when to avoid their 1 shot ability, again, on YT:

Then buying this DUO Yuria was a fail, but not a big fail like the thing I've done with the blue awakening sword. That's something! At least I can sell it back.
Good to know I don't have to buy the basic green one from the marketplace every time it loses max durability. 100k each is very cheap.

In the end I've created an alter too, a Musa because his fighting style is kind of similar to an awakened ninja.

Thank you very much for everything!! :D

You don't need to use mem frags on a blue weapon. By using one artisan and a base blue weapon you can restore 40 dura. If you plan on just pveing then sure stick with the green but if you want to pvp I'd go with the blue since getting a dande is pretty difficult imo.
Ghigi Feb 4, 2018 @ 11:26am
Artisan Memories can be earned via the current Valks Attendance (6 in total if I am correct) or you can get them from the Loyality Shop. A base blue is around 8 mils. OP needs to make money, not waste it. That's why for the time being, he should just TRI his green katana.

On the Dandelion weapon: you now have the Shakatu Seals, pretty easy to get the base weapon, I would invest on that weapon instead of the blue. Ofc you will need from 500 mils to 1.2/1.5 mils to get a Dande to TRI (if you succeed).
Perquisitore Feb 4, 2018 @ 3:51pm
I can find the Mediah quests from pressing O and then "Main", right? I don't know anymore in what part of the main quests I am right now, haha.
If Mediah is a main quest I guess it is better to get the equipment from there for now, because I would need to do those quests anyway.

My CP and Energy is around 110 for now, but as I have an alter too right now I guess he can also help at earning more of them.

But the base weapon costs around 8,000,000. Sure, I'm gonna save it for now so sooner or later I'll try to recover its max durability. Either way, someday, it will serve to be sold or to be brandished. As for now I'm gonna do as Ghigi suggested, I'll go for the green one.
Being a bit optimistic, not everything will be lost. :P

Thank you all guys!!!

Edit: Oh, wow, haha, I think I know what are the Mediah quests... I have the first one yet to complete because I didn't understand what I had to do so I've always been postponing it. But now I *think* I know what I have to do. Now everything is clearer. ;;
