How to Sign in to Black Desert Online Account?

I don't recall setting my password when I created the account on Steam, only the email, and I can't create another account on BDO website because the email already exists. Did I miss something?

The game uses your email associated with steam for your BDO account. It also doesn't have a password as only your steam account can access it.

Thanks for the reply. Do you know how I can access the BDO forum? Since I don't have a password to login with. I guess I'll need another email to create a separate account ._.

I'm thinking the same thing as well at the time when I made a account for the forums. Do note that I believe that you have to connect your account to the forums to create a thread if not then you be only be able to post. Stupid system that they made. I don't understand why they can't allow a user to post or create a thread depending the met post count requirements

The Black Desert account does not use the Steam email address as a link up for the information. As I have an original Black Desert account and had to use a secondary email address not associated with Steam to be able to play BDO via the Steam Release.

Which means I now have two accounts in Black Desert one where I can play on the Steam servers or one where I can not play on the Steam servers with my higher level characters.

Sucks and wish I had read more about this before buying the game on Steam. Unless anyone knows of a way where I can migrate my original higher level characters over to the Steam only servers?

No it's not. I figured it out tho, i went to another page and somehow it gave me the option to log in via steam button.

These days, you can just log in to the pearl abyss site

Click the blue 'Log in with Steam' button at the bottom
And access the forums from there
