Selected the fairy and the arrow still pops up with it? any way to remove the arrow?

Try:

/reloadui in chat
change channel
restart game
clear you gamecache: https://blackdesert.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/212549709-Clearing-your-gamecache

Settings > Game > Navigation guide type. Select one.
