When you dont want to invest that much time into the game anyways just get the normal game without any pack

Horses come in 8 different tiers with 1 being the worst and 8 the best. From a T3 to a T5 you have: better base stats (speed, acceleration, turn and brake. A chance to get higher tiers when breeding (assuming you are breeding horse of same T5 tier) and couple of skills that usually are hard to find in a T3.

I would say that the horses are the things you don't wanna consider when choosing which pack to go, they can both be captured in the wild now.

When you are in-game, press B (default command for your in-game mailbox) and check the received messages. Please note that some items from the Pack are bound to the character, while others are bound to your account. Ask before using them, in case you need more info.

I can only answer for me.

Inventory Space: Yes, always good.
Horse: No, you get lesser tier ones early enough anyway.
Furniture No: (Premium furniture still has durability on use)
Value Packs: Maybe for later game, +30% market prices selling expensive stuff I am advised.
Pet: Yes, marginally so for the price but yes.
Horse Whistle: Useful.
Everything Else No.

A pet and inv space will cost you 33 euro usually, though inv space still has a few hours discount. The pack is less than that, while discounted. If after the discount period, buy inv space/slot space/weight and pets all under the functional tab, from the pearl shop.

*If you login quick, remember to claim that extra +1 character slot under loyalty from the pearl shop, it's still only one loyalty point.
