Discord? No thanks. Best of luck to you if it's what you choose to use, but please consider the risks and headache it will be because someone with nothing better to do or upset with you hacks your account or the entire server of which Discord will be of very little help to resolve.
I use secure voice coms that have been around for decades and known to be secure and work well:
TeamSpeak
Mumble
Ventrilo
Discord has barely been around for 4 years and in that short 4 years it has been a nightmare for some people (who were hacked) and a wide open playground for hacking.
"But the others aren't free, you nhave to pay for servers." people say. This is incorrect. You can run a server for any of them on your computer with unlimited slots, FREE! All setting that up takes is port forwarding on your router of which there are step-by-step tutorials and instructions on how to do it online as well as in the server download package of some of them.
TeamSpeak server hosts start at $25 per year or less. For me removing the risk of being hacked is worth paying pocket change for.
