Excelent inquiry! I noticed that there were weird voices here and there, some (what sounded like demon hounds) banging in the first (second? --the one with the painting and the blocks) room, and then a creature/thing that dragged along across the hall once in the dungeon, but that's about it.. Creepy as hell.

Multiple times I swear I saw a dark figure step around a corner just as I entered a hallway. One of those times was extremely clear, which I think you are reffering to with the creature dragging across the hall.

It's the player model running away and I believe also the same model dragging itself on the ground which you can see. Seems like a reference to people being trapped forever in the maze.

there are 2 of ur explore team in the cutscene in the beginning of the game cause u see 2 people that looks exactly like urself :D
