Can't find yellow crystal

Heya. I got to the point of being able to return to my starting area to descend into that yellow stone/crystal. I decided I'd do it later and continued exploring. Now I cannot find it again. I went to two or three other planets and believe the Green Planet is where I need to be, but whenever I go to the sand lands there they look completely different from my starting land and have no stone. Is there a specific area that the crystal is at?

just let it play itself with descending and ascending on and it will find it itself.
