The devs confirmed in an interview, before Rise even was out on the Switch of all things, that it's gonna come to PC in about a year.

Oh, nice! Hopefully that follows through. Because I love Rise but I can't get into it on switch because of how clunky it feels.

Reading these threads, everyone is so toxic like wtf the game is done, rise is imo more dynamically fun and y'all can stop crying for more content. Capcom is literally one of the best AAA devs in the business right now chill out everyone
