3d model ripping

ok so I will start by saying I dont plan to sell or distribute said model, I want to know if theres any way for me to get the 3d model of my person to use to 3d print, I understand some file extentions and tweaks will need to be made to make it 3d printable but is there a way to pull the model out?

I don't know but maybe using modding tool. I'm searching a way to extract models too so I don't know yet.
