Which armor you guys think has a better look on female characters ?

Any armor that does not look like Diablos or BaaN Chest.

Ingot, Zorah, Teostra and Deviljho set looks better. But mix of the lighter sets are best.

Many of them look good.
Kirin, Odogaron, Anja, Baan, Brigade, Bazel, Dober, Nergi, Vaal, Xeno. Even Leather one.

But I've built my guild card looks with:

Vangis helm alpha.
Girros Mail alpha.
Girros Vambraces alpha.
Vangis Coil alpha.
Girros Greaves alpha.

Looks assassin-ish and nice, imo.

i like to use hammer and greatsword so these heavy weapons looks pretty sick with a heavy armor especially on girls

Bazel top mixes with the waist pretty well, uragaan stuff coordinates with the babel spear/shield.

There is one armor that beats them all both in sexiness and proper armor design and it's the female Kushala Daora one. The chest piece is just an beauty to look at, it's not skimpy but at the same time it's design still keeps all the curves in the right places and makes you look badass while still looking good with every other set piece in the game. I use it in like 80% of the builds i have, cause you wouldn't you?

Most all other game out there in the market are focus on "female" cause pretty much most male gamers are love to look at the female butt/back but MHW is different, the female armor set and character create for female is dull and ugly LOL. The male armor sets look best in this game for most part.
