Let's be real here. He should not have made it out of Fatalis' flame attack alive.

Fatalis' fire breath melted away the metal/steel door and barricade. If metal is melting away in the flames, there's no way the A-Lister wouldn't have suffered some sort of burning, especially with his exposed head.

at the very least, he should be bald and look like freddy krueger.

He's a hunter, like the player, so he abides by the same rules.

Any potential injury, regardless of how grievous it probably should have been, leaves no tangible mark on your person, and can be recovered from with a short rest on a cart pulled by some sapient cats.

i like excitable a-lister too much. even though his a bit dim, at least he goes into battle WITH A WEAPON AND ARMOR ON
