One shot weapon mods now available at nexus

I'm an avid supporter of MHW mods and the use of modding but I feel this mod has gone too far. This actually affects the gameplay and other people.

I'm fine with buy all items, streamstones and decos mod because you are still playing within the confines of the game. You just hurried up the grinding process to get there.

But this... This is pretty much cheating. One shotting monsters is not a mod, it is straight up cheating. People who use it should be banned.

What are your thoughts on this?

Honestly, till the mods are limited to reskin, qol change ( like the one that show how many jewel you need for the skills and the pol ) i'm fine with that.

I have no issue with mods that unlock events that are time resticted either ... cause not an1 have a free schedule.

But when mods edit monsters stats, remove the farming from the game or directly impact gameplay then i'm strongly against them.

1H-Ko any monster? ... there is even a point in playing this game apart for screwing up other ppl run?

To be fair one shot weapon mod is the lest intuitive way to cheat in this game.
I personally don't cheat but i know how to and its not hard.

At lest most of the people who ruin games like this give up on the game in the first few weeks.
So cheaters become super rare by the time the game has matured.

Not a forgotten topic tho, one dude joined my GL today and seemed a bit sus how fast he killed Pukei across map solo. Then he shows up at last to join Rajang I was fighting, hits it once to break it's face, 2nd time and it dies. It hadn't even dropped a pod yet, so yeah mate, nah.

Think it's even more cringe when they use modded damage as if no one's gonna notice.

I have nothing against using cheats on a save file you never plan going online whit.
The problem is i think some of these people think they are doing you a service.
How they one-shot that mean ol monster for you and now you get materials for free.
