I've been seeing people sheath the sword then release it in an instant with iframe counter, how?

It costs 30$ extra to be able to do that attack.

IB is just like Sunbreak is in RIse, another part of the game. It's not a mod (obviously), its arguably the 2nd half of the package.

I hate games that needs you to buy a DLC to have a full game experience, even worse the DLC is more expensive than the base game with less content(overall)

The base game is a full game experience. The DLC added onto it, as all DLC does. And the DLC is only as expensive as it is because it's as large, if not larger, than the base game.

Iceborne isn't the usual crap DLC package found in other games. It's a legit excellent product, able to stand on its own as an entire game if it wanted to.

Iceborne isn't DLC it's an expansion, a rarity nowdays outside of MMOs lol

Bought it at its release, full price.

It's worth every penny at full price, but it does go on sale frequently enough. If you're interested in it, you likely won't have to wait long to find it on sale for half off.

In fact, I checked Greenmangaming just now, and it's on sale for 68% off. $12.88. Practically a steal.
