Is there a way to play event quests while offline?

only way to do that is with a mod that enables all event quests. you can find it on nexus

Yes you can play event quests offline from what I remember however you DO still need to be connected to the internet on your PC. At least that's how it used to be anyways.
Pretty sure all you need to do is load into an online session and then go offline so you still have access to the event tabs in game.

Take this with a grain of salt though as it has been a long time since I played offline haha. So anyone PLEASE correct me if I am wrong lol

If you want access to all of the event quests, even the ones that are no longer available then you will need to use a mod like Pennywise said above.

When I travel I don't connect my deck to public wifi so I'm usually just SOL. I'll look into the mod and if it'll work on the deck. I hope wilds isn't like this...
