how i get rotaion , cool drink ,etc

hi yall i'm having problem with world its hard to get some items like rotaion cool drink

my first monster hunter was wild and it was super ez compare to this

so is the npc sell those or how i get those items fast

have you reached the elder's recess? if not you can't get cool drinks yet as for rations they're sold by the same guy that sells ammo and potions

Play the game more. Cool drinks are unlocked when you reach Elders Recess, which is also the first time you get exposed to lava and need protection from same.

Ration? You can make one on canteen except gathering hub canteen. Cool drinks? You can either buy it in general store after reaching elder recess or find a coolshroom which usually located at the entrance of lava area.

ahh yes i found cool drinks but rotaion not avaliable on the provision

You can't buy rations or raw meat in MH World (I'm not sure about iceborne).

You can make rations at the canteen by using the 'oven roast' feature. Some low rank quests also give out free rations in the supply box.

If you need large amounts of raw meat? Just start an expedition in the forest at the southern camp, kill some aptonoth, go back to camp when your inventory is full and deposit at the tent if you want more than 10.

If you cook the meat into well done steak, you can set yourself up for both steak and spare meat for the canteen or crafting quite quickly.

you can also cure bleeding by crouching for about 3-5 seconds, you can sadly not cure bleed by sharpening though.

curing takes time, just wear some bleed resist

If youre at teo than you can farm cool drinks by going to elders recess and running around entrance to lava areas for chill shrooms. One chill shroom = 2 cool drink. You can also use the farm in astera to grow em but honestly youll end up with more than youll need if ya just grab shrooms while questing.
Rations are made by cooking meat at canteen with oven roast. You dont really need em though most quests give you 2 for free which is enough for the quest (i's well over 200 hours into my main playthrough and have never cooked meat/rations). Astera jerky is purchased from the store like potions and trap tools if you mean that.
