Everything else is just cosmetics.

Free DLC pack
If you actually want to buy the cosmetics though, I can at least give you some tips on those.
- Pendants, house decorations, and figurines are Iceborne-only. Don't buy if you don't own Iceborne.
- You can only equip one pendant and one figurine, don't bother buying multiple unless you fancy changing every now and then.
- House decors you can mix and match, but you should probably get used to the housing in Iceborne first to know which ones you want.
- You can only equip one Handler outfit, same as before. I recommend Mr. X, because funni haha.
- There are some really fun custom emotes you can do, such as the Hadoken, Shoryuuken, and the Devil May Cry dual gun shooting everywhere. They deal absolutely no relevant damage, but fun to look at (and launch people with).
- Everything else should be somewhat self-explanatory with no relevant outliers.
