If your motherboard has specific ones use them otherwise try the realtek ac97 ones, they work with most motherboards,
However make sure this/any game runs on your grapic card in the nvidia tool.
3d setting->opengl render gpu> set it to your 1070 instead of auto.
As for vsync (same menu) you can try different types there.
Also check your power profile as that was the drama of last months windows update
and a lot of people where running on powersaving settings without changing anything themself.
nothing seems to help . The fps gets all crazy only during cutscenes - I test the opening one at my character's gallery and every time the hunters go into the light the fps drops to the 2-5 fps for some time
Why did you do this? The fact that you randomly moved your install location might've borked something up. I recommend completely uninstalling the game, and then reinstalling it on an SSD.
