help, the impact mantle doesn't exist

so ive been grinding for a while now, ive read the wiki, ive read a bunch of discussions, ive done all 8 high rank threat level 1 tempered monsters, i did every single quest i got from the armory lady and then did another 5 threat level 1 monsters just to see if that fixed it, it didnt. i even did the witcher quest just cause i saw a single guy somewhere say he had to do it to get it to work, it didnt help. anybody got anything else that might possibly help?

i did all 8 possible monsters from high rank (paolumu, pukei pukei, anjanath, radobaan, jyuratodas, tobi kadachi, barroth and rathian)

I see you did not mention the armory from Astera. Have you talked to them yet?

And yes, some quests can only be obtained in Astera. It's worth checking out.

i check the armory in astera every time, its given me a bunch of different mantle related quests but not the impact mantle

thats what it says everywhere but ive done every far more than 5 threat level 1 tempered monsters (all different monsters mind you) yet the quest was never obtainable from the armory in astera

some screenshots to give some more info and maybe help get a better idea about what i need to do, ive done every single tempered monster in that list multiple times plus paolumu (ran out of those)

one potential thing to attempt is to have someone else host the quest for you. i'd be willing to if you're around

otherwise all I could guess is to complete all other speech bubble marked quests you can

decided to give this a try, did all the speech bubble marked quests in low/high rank then 7 different tempered threat level 1 monsters and it still didnt work.

online is the only thing that might work or maybe something on master rank but idk why that'd do anything

I got the mandle myself so that means you still miss out on something you have not done yet.

Threat level 1: Barroth, Tobi Kadachi, Jyura, Pukei Pukei, Radobaan, Rathian, Anjanath, Paolumu.

Those are the monsters you need to hunt aswell as completing the high rank lvl 9 quest.

ive done every single one of those monsters tempered in high rank and checked with the armory in astera, ive done all the basic wiki stuff a 100 times over it still isnt available

just look at the screenshots a couple posts ago, i showed a bunch of the tempered monsters id already done along with the armory showing there were no quests available and the 9 star quests to show i didnt just miss it, as far as i can tell there is no reason for me to not already have this quest

Have you killed 5 different tier 1 monsters as I mention atleast once. If not then there is your problem.

If it still not help then try and complete all mandle quests the armory girl pops up until the impact one shows up.

my guy ive stated in more then one post now that ive killed all 8 of the high rank threat level 1 monsters multiple times, would you like me to list them again? pukei pukei, tobi kadachi, anjanath, barroth, jyuratodus, rathian, paolumu and radoban, ive done all 8 of them about 5 times over EACH now so i dont think thats the issue

Then try and complete all mandle quests she comes up with until mandle quests pops up.

Thats what I did and now got it.
