help with CB builds, mid high rank

i am interested in how i should progress for the MOST EFFICIENT playthrough. i am currently mid high rank HR 13 so i dont have any cool gems. what is the best build for CB at the moment? also i would like to know when i should change it and to what set parts. if there is a site somewhere with this idea, please share

In general just trying to get the skills Capacity Boost and Focus as soon as possible. Then adding in the usual Health Boost and attack and critical skills. Also, Guard Up and Guard 1-3 can prove quite useful, as well as Razorsharp or Master's touch.
The weapon to chose from is usually just the best raw version that you can craft at the moment. In IB the progression in latter stages can be something like Gold Rathian's/Rajangs > Raging Brachy > Fatalis.
