I need to download the game again
I come with a problem, today I wanted to play MHW, but it turned out that I did not have it installed, and yesterday I was playing and everything was fine. I hope you have any ideas.

What you're describing sounds like steam has got itself confused as to if the game is installed or not. It happens sometimes, no idea why.

Back up your save file and tell steam to install, it will probably fiddle around for a bit and then say 'discovered local files' or similar and then decide that yes, you did have it installed.

Are you sure its not trying to download the high rez texture pack? Check your steam directory to see if the game is still in there, if so go to your library right click the game, select properties and manage dlc. See if the high rez texture pack is ticked. If it is and you want it, wait for download otherwise untick it.
