Can you not eat for Felyne Safeguard anymore?

It's been awhile since I've played but I remember there being a meal you could eat that had Safeguard as food skill. So using vouchers would be a guarantee, but I'm no longer seeing it. Has it been removed?

It's in the drinks section, the ones that don't increase your stats. If nobody in your online session has it unlocked you won't have the option to eat for it. You need to have all 6 preparation drinks unlocked.

To get that drink you'll need to get the special butterbur up in Hoarfrost mountain, near where Kushala's rusted hide is. This butterbur patch only spawns during Upsurge: butterbur in Hoarfrost reach.
