Probably because ur only HR19. You usually want to be a bit more experienced before you hunt behemoth.

You assume a player experience and skill based on their HR, is a ridiculous metric.

I've seen players below HR 50 playing better than many players in HR 200.

you can farm behemoths gear without killing him in p1 solo. its pretty easy. just use plunderblade and break the parts you need. ez. no need to kill it everytime.
if you got iceborne just go for mr gear instead.

Well it does show that he doesn't have access to Tempered Elder Dragons and in extension AT Elder dragons so he might just not be well equipped for the fight since they'll be missing decorations and armor.

Some people just don't want to carry that hard and that's fine too.

He asked why no one was joining his sos. That's a logical reason.

Assuming a player's experience based on HR is a completely logical metric, it's the whole point of a rank system. You know what kind of gear they have access to and what monsters they have encountered. For example, I wouldn't want to do behemoth with someone who hasn't even fought tempered Kirin. And generally speaking higher HR means more play time, and more play time usually means higher skill. Not saying there aren't amazing low HR players and really bad high HR players, but your hunt is much less likely to fail with a higher HR player.

On a semi-retire mode right now. (Only goes online when summoned by friends).

Anyway, Behemoth is one of those quest that you generally don't want to do with random.

Why? Because the failure rate is too high.
From my past experience, chances of failure is 90%+

Stupid stuffs like:
1. No one flash when Behemoth cast Charybdis
2. People flash when I had Behemoth's Enmity
3. No one carries life powder or dust of life
4. Die to normal Comet
5. Fight on top of boulder and let Behemoth crush it into pieces.
6. Does not know what to do when Eciliptic meteor arrives

You're not wrong, but even still there's a point where a player's HR/MR is so low that the experiential difference will become apparenent. HR19 is really pushing that limit, so a lot of people will rightly be skeptical when they see your SOS flare for one of the most notorious hunts in MHW.

It is a very legitimate metric. The probability of HR19 having the good deco to fit your equipment set or proper gear is lower the lower HR you have. The probability of HR19 having a meta set that deal good damage is next no nothing. And yes, it does indicate experience. There will of course be outlier but even then, there's only so much you can compensate with experience. And if I'm going to carry someone, I am going to check the probability of success because I'm not inclined to do a back-breaking fail fest.

Also, OP, if you do want help, post session ID next time so ppl don't have to waste time asking.
