Whats the fastest way to refresh the guiding lands monsters ?

Talk to the melder. It's not poop, but it acts like it. It's called the Banishing Ball and it costs 100 research points to craft for each use.

Refreshing all? Enter a mission and then leave.

Refreshing one? Use the new super poop item to make them leave or call for another monster.

Go on an expedition and just travel from one map to another (Coral to Forest for example). Refreshes each time you switch.
