Build for raw, the ice damage built in is more than enough for your needs. Do sharp V/ sharp V/ attack VI/attack V/ attack V OR Spirit & Strength (note that going Spirit & Strength is only really useful if you run elemental kinsects, otherwise don't bother).

General rule of thumb, fast weapons go for high element and Match Elemental weakness of monster. Slow weapons focus on raw.

No, you either go two Sharpness V and 2 Attack V and one Attack VI, or 4 Attack V and one Attack VI. Best option is the blast IG as a general use. If you wanna use an elemental IG you go the same route except instead of one of the Attack V you use Teostra Essence and use 2 piece Tesotra Set and 3 piece Safi set while equipping in the elemental skill of that weapon to the max (such as Ice Attack 6). The downside of the second set is you can't run health augment and have to play around safi health regen and drain.

Elemental IG isn't really all that much stronger than raw variants so I wouldn't bother going through all the effort of farming for each element.

This. Some math geniuses have proven that building element damage on IG is not worth it. Even if you want to play ele IG, stay with the base element and go for raw. Since Safi IG have low base element, it's probably better to stick with Blast.

Don't forget you can put Set bonus instead of Attack V as well. With some sets it can allow you 1 extra set bonus.

Also this. Teo tech in place of an attack V will let you run both Dragonvein and Master's Touch, which is (afaik) the best you can possibly do in terms of elemental or status IG. Personally, I didn't bother with this because I don't have the decorations to make it worth it, but it's definitely an option.

You don't max elemental attack, the Safi 3pc is used mainly because you can use Resentment 5 which is why you can't use health augment. You can't fit elemental attack decos since you have other priorities to meet i.e. Resentment 5, Agi 5, Attack 7, Coalescence.
I wouldn't even bother with this until maybe Kjarr Glaives since Agi 7 is outclassing element on anything that is not water on Teo. Blast outdamages element fairly easily so the effort you go through settting this up is almost in vain.

That's so true, and kind of unfortunate. I main bow, and I have 2 sets for each element. One safi, one silverlos. And several blast builds.. and even on bow, blast does the job of elements just as well :/

My main multi-purpose build is safi blast bow (which I prefer over the brachy one purely for being able to get a lvl 3 deco slot) with agi 5, full safi set, full resentment 5, crit boost 3, wex3, and the rest is mostly comfort. This build outperforms most of my elemental sets, or is too close in damage to be worth dropping all the comfort. :/
