When Stygian Zinogre Appears in Guiding lands?

Well, after doing a special assignment of hunting Stygian zinogre and repeling safi'jiiva, it said that Stygian Zinogre can now appear in Guiding lands and unlocked it's pendant. Just want to spot it so I need to capture the freaking beast and then doing an optional arena against it to gain more materials...

Think it only spawns at level 5 or higher of the Frost region.

tundra region level 4 or more. (maybe 3 i don't know) but your best bet is to do the evnt quest for him or get investigations by collecting tracksin the elder recess or the hoarfrost reach.

Well, I'd have to mention that I have done a quest in which I had to defeat a tempered Nightshade paolumu and a tempered Rathian, in which in the end of the mission after rewards, It said that every region in guiding lands is at level 5. (or maybe i just misread something...)

that is one of the MR walls, it doesn't set each region to that level just says that is your new cap for region levels.

That'st the MR49 Quest, increasing your Level CAP. Not setting the levels to 5.

You will increase the level cap, the higher your MR gets. The next quest will be at 69 and then at MR99. Each of them increasing the cap by one.


That being said, Stygian Zinogre can spawn at level 3 (somewhat rare) and increasing chances the higher your Tundra Region is. Tempered will be at Level 7.

Wack part about Tundra region is the requirements for tempered, Stygian Zinogre is considered Tier3 since he drops GSG, so you need Level7.

As far as normie materials go tho, just send safari to Hoarfrost and they should bring you Styggie investigs sooner or later. Once you've hunted it once, it's in the rotation.
