HR 6 & 7 special arena quest not unlocking issue.

I'm trying to complete all HR optional quests, all I have left for 6 & 7 are the arena quests.

I have tried everything to unlock what I think I'm missing. What makes this annoying is how these arena quests are on some random rotation, so I can't check exactly what I'm missing.

So, following a list of the HR6 arena quests available, I've:
Gone through every HR6 quest and captured every monster I can.
Done HR investigations and captured the monsters needed to unlock.
Hone out on HR expeditions and done the same as above.

As said, I can't check which quest I'm missing, so I'm just blindly capturing a monster from the list I'm following and hoping that's it. I've spent enough hours as it is on this and it's insane how this is

Is there something else I need to do? Or a way to check which quests I'm missing?

Just my 2 useless cents: I don't think MH games are worth completing 100%, they are too tedious, but good luck anyways.

I get that, but I really want to. One of the few games I care to get 100%.

Have you completed all the quests that you can gain from the Resource Center at Astera and the Research Base they unlock a few, and you will gain random ones as you progress the storyline as I have access to some level 9s but not all, but you will get random encounters with the AI that also unlocks stuff

The only HR6 I have left are the arena ones, which I've read in order to unlock you have to capture the target monster in HR. HR7 I have a few I haven't unlocked that aren't arenas, but I'm mainly focused on HR6 right now.
There's also not anyone to talk to regarding a quest in the three hubs.

instead of wasting time on the arena mission

the arena mission stay if you captured the monster for the first time so you can't really miss out on them

Yeah I've done xeno and zorah.

You're right, but HR6 & 7 have the blue "complete" on them. So those arenas are on rotation and I can't see which one's I'm missing.

One of the arena quest is for a Radobaan, I assume I haven't unlocked it because I have not seen it in rotation. I have captured Rado in LR, HR, MR, expedition, and investigation. Haven't unlocked it. So idk if something is glitched or my rotation is very unlucky.
On top of that I've captured every monster in HR6 and haven't unlocked anything.

Dude I feel like such a friggin idiot. It was the zorah quest
