How to find tempered velkhana?
I'm trying to get the velkhana gamma set for my build but apparently I need tempered tracks, I went to hoarfrost reach to try and find them but they weren't there and now I'm seeing that I need to do the guiding lands. is there a specific level that a region needs for me to start finding tempered tracks? I'm kind of lost.

I think regions need to be level 7 for elder dragons to start appearing tempered. Good luck on TGL grinding...

Edit: Velkhana gamma armor is made from tickets you get from the ARCH tempered Velkhana. It's an event quest.

Gamma is from AT velkh.
MR100 event quest , very difficult.

Ah, that's what I was hoping I didn't have to do...
Gotta fight an annoying monster that's on 5 lines of cocaine... Yaaay.

if you're not MR100 temp elder wont appear but if you already MR100 and still dont have a lure for it you're best bet is to joined other GL 100 and just ask the host if he have a lure for what ever monster you're looking for. just make sure you have a region that is lvl 7 if you want to lure it.

Velkhana gamma armor is ONLY from the arch tempered (red border) event. It gives unique vouchers for the set.
Alpha and beta sets are available from more mundane fights and they have 4pc frostcraft.

you're looking for 'AT' velkhana. I believe that's only from an event quest. Try looking through the event quests - they're permanently unlocked right now.

there might be a little miniquest to reach it but i have no idea. this was close to 1000 game hours ago for me, sorry. you will have to fire up google and get the rest for yourself.
