I'd say just use shop mod like the other guy said.
That is, I want that Halloween Demon one, and I play MHW on and off ... I was play some when that event was up, but was at the start and not really had a clue what I was doing.
That said ... I still not really know what I am doing, Monster Hunter has just way too many mechanics at play, some of which you can ignore ... some of which you can't ignore.
As I see it, Monster Hunter World Iceborne is a solo-player game with the ability to play the same soloplayer content with some people. It is not like an MMO ... or any "Live Service" game where you do PvP and cheating would gain you an advantage over others.
For me, as long as I not create Items that you can not gain normally in the game(Like a weapon that does max damage per hit) it is ok in a game like MHW to bend the rules some, to my enjoyment.
This one should work:
https://www.nexusmods.com/monsterhunterworld/mods/4499
Choose the Tickets+Coins file and it should have them then.
