Looking for advice, can't seem to be able to craft a charm.

I finished the main story a couple days ago and started Iceborne, I'm currently trying to craft a Handicraft Charm I.
I have all the materials I need but for some reason it's not popping up in the forge menu.
I've done every single possible optional / main quest that I've come across before MR if that matters.

Edit: Nevermind, solved it. Restarted the game and it popped up.

You need to HAVE at least one of each of this items in your chest before it appears in the smithy :

Zorah Magdaros Gem 1
Zorah Magdaros Pleura 3
Dragonvein Crystal 4
Spiritcore Ore 1

So yeah, you can be level 999 and still not have unlocked the charm if you didn't dropped one of these from monsters or crystals or whatever. It's seems to not be tied to your progression.
Farm monsters to have everything they offer or pray for RNG in your favor.

That's why I'm confused, I have more than enough of each material. I've double and triple checked.

So, on the internet ppl are saying :

- Finish all the main and side quest (red "completed" and not blue)
- Have at least 2-3 of each items if there is more than one
- Have all the items
- Beat the Zorah Magdaros and you will see it immediately
- Tied to Story progression
- Do the "Whites winds of the new world quest"
- Finish the HR100 quest
- Have the materials for the lvl 2-3 upgrades
- Start playing during a blue moon at 2 am naked with a tinfoil hat and a didgeridoo in your right hand, call Saul for 2 min 52 then say ten times "unlock" in Klingon.
(Sauce : trust me bro)

Choose one or all to complete and it should appear ?

Internet is really full of ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ when you search for this.... Not a single dude with the same answers : some have unlocked it for ages, some didn't, some did X action and some had Y ♥♥♥♥ in their chest....

One thing : look CAREFULLY if you don't already have it !!!!
It could be somewhere in the smithy list where you don't expect it to be and you missed it. Take your time and read again. And look again if you have the RIGHT items to craft it and not some + version or some slightly confusing looking item or with a relatively same name.

Hmm, I've done basically everything from this list EXCEPT the HR100 quest thingy, simply because I'm HR36. I'll check once everything again but I'm pretty sure that's the only option I have left.

Well, just checked my game.
I'm not HR 100 but did everything else Pre-Iceborn and i have the Charm.
I'm HR 80 and MR 12, I have all the items to craft it.
I call ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ for the internet things....

For Information, it's located between the Awakening Charm and the Mighty Charm.
