How do I "unlock" the Tempered Black Diablos ?
I need tempered Black Diablos material in order to craft my level 4 Agitator charm. I allready have high knowledge on Black Diablos but I know that I have to encounter the Tempered one in the Guiding Lands.
Th problem is that I don´t know where or how ? What level should a Guiding Lands zone be in order to encounter this Creature ?

You'll need to level the desert region to level 6 or higher to get a tempered Black Diablos to spawn. It's a common spawn so if you haven't got a lure you can still reliably get one to spawn.
